    We are seeking a leader with a combination of gravitas, business acumen, collaborative skills and proven agency success. As the new SVP, General Manager, you will build the culture of our office while initiating new growth for the agency and our clients. While developing talent, you will balance frequently conflicting demands, yet remain focused on delivering a world-class creative product, committed clients and agency profits. You will model leadership and financial best practices, cultivate strong client and employee relationships, lead long-range planning and guide our daily pursuit of brand communications excellence.  And through it all, you will be the role model for a culture that celebrates passion, intellectual curiosity, collaboration and humility.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage one or more clients, ensure teams are working together effectively to maximize the agency’s full capabilities and resources to deliver outstanding work to clients and profitability to the agency.
    • Lead strategic account development, identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, through proactive expert counsel, in-depth understanding of the client’s challenges and opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution and measurable achievement (at or above targets) of client objectives.
    • Own the overall relationship with senior clients in a consultative, accountable manner.
    • Serve as an expert in the clients’ business; staying abreast of omni-channel opportunities, product development and market trends; sharing information with teams and colleagues.
    • Develop well-grounded omni-channel solutions that address client objectives and business needs.
    • Enlighten clients in evaluating effectiveness of omni-channel programs and action plans to put the right KPIs and measurement in place.
    • Partner with every account and vertical capability team to meet client goals, push forward insights and ideas, deliver compelling creative, define the proper channel strategy and maintain high quality standards.
    • Lead internal and client meetings/presentations to define opportunities/solutions to drive client business growth; develop (and deliver) proposals (decks, agendas and follow up) focused on addressing and solving client challenges in today’s omni-channel, 24/7 world.
    • Focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 marketing space, to deliver a frictionless purchase decision journey from Tier 1 (brand) to Tier 2 (regional market) through Tier 3 (dealer), paid, owned, shared and earned media across all marketing channels, leveraging appropriate communication to drive people through the purchase funnel to conversion.
    • Partner with business and analytics leadership to develop measurement criteria for omni-channel projects, performing post analysis and holding appropriate teams accountable for results
    • Analyze program results, summarize findings in BI dashboards and recommend enhancements to improve results/drive conversion for the client(s).
    • Leverage social insights, trends in emerging technology and psychology to explain, predict and influence consumer behavior in digital, social and emerging channels. Deepen relationships between consumers and brands to ultimately drive brand preference and revenue objectives.
    • Proactively and effectively listen for and resolve client problems to ensure consistent client satisfaction
    • Manage revenue forecasting for assigned account(s) and oversee account(s) growth and profitability
    • Identify opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals by overachieving against client objectives
    • Establish a cadence with agency senior management on financials, tracking of budgets; assessing client requests that fall outside of scope; revising budgets as needed; alerting client of financial implications and securing the approval to proceed
    • Proactively interact with account teams and department heads to outline current/projected workloads for capabilities, resource planning, upfront planning process and overall staffing/resource allocation

    Must Haves


    • 10+ years of omni-channel marketing experience; omni-channel agency experience required
    • The executive temperament to consult and align with clients and bring the right parties together to solve challenges, with an open mindset to approach/channel options and the willingness to research the unknown
    • Traditional/digital experience delivering campaigns that are in front of the consumer at the right time in the right place with the right message
    • An established consultative mindset with a comprehensive knowledge of client category and business objectives and a clear understanding of the key strategic issues that impact the client’s business
    • The ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, other departments and teams to successfully deliver quality work and to be viewed as someone who understands, defines and solves problems quickly
    • An executive presence with the ability to communicate in a clear, thorough and timely manner (verbally and in writing) responds to suggestions and criticisms in a thoughtful and constructive manner
    • Strong presentation skills; sell new thinking, strategies and ideas to clients; influence and persuade key stakeholders to agreement through a consultative process representing multiple opinions
    • Proactive approach to unearthing challenges in a collaborative, consultative manner, demonstrated by bringing new and relevant ideas and omni-channel marketing opportunities to the client unprompted
    • Analyze results, interprets data, draw sound conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
    • Experience leading, learning from, and mentoring teams, and providing constructive feedback
