    Summary

    Geometry Global is searching for an exceptional SEM Manager. The Manager of Search Engine Marketing is an exciting opportunity to lead SEM efforts on Fortune 500 and international luxury brands, with multimillion dollar budgets.  This role specifically focuses on recycling services and automotive verticals, but is not limited to those.  The manager will craft the long-term SEM strategy while engaging in direct optimizations.  This position does include client interaction, primarily through weekly phone calls and semi-annual in-person visits.  This is the strong opportunity to forge and own search at Geometry Global. 

    What You'll Do

    • Manage SEM campaigns for various consumer product clients
    • Keyword Research and Ad Copy Development
    • Manage and maintain SEM budgets or SEM spend summaries
    • Track and analyze campaign data to achieve client goals
    • Pull data and consolidate with insights for weekly media reports for the clients
    • Optimize and Manage campaigns for achievement of KPIs, budgets and deadlines
    • Conduct forecasting for annual and monthly client budgets
    • Ensure best practice and innovation in all paid search activities
    • Proactively seek out new opportunities and make recommendations to grow SEM campaigns through new ad groups, ad copy testing, landing page optimizations, and keyword expansion
    • Liaise with other channels – Digital, Social, TV etc.
    • Present the results to internal stake holders as well as clients
    • Proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver client reporting
    • Liaise with cross functional teams to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify media/SEM growth opportunities
    • Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing and the competitive landscape

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Strong Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter campaign management experience including bid management, ad copy writing, keyword selection
    • Google Adwords or Bing AdCenter Certification a plus
    • Strong grasp of Google Analytics – ability to understand tracking, pull reports and troubleshoot
    • Experience with Marin Software, Kenshoo or Acquisio preferred
    • Direct client interaction either via phone discussions or in-person presentation
    • 3 years + of experience working with mid-large campaigns (i.e. budgets of $250,000+)
    • SEO experience a strong plus
