You’re a natural collaborator who loves to teach others what you do – be they clients, creative peers or business leads. You are adept at partnering with our creative, account and strategy teams to produce digital commerce strategy plans. The role requires an ability to provide strategic direction, inspiration and leadership to the team and champion creative thinking at all levels. You are passionate about all forms of digital commerce and are naturally curious about the various emerging commerce platforms and technologies that can drive conversion and growth for our clients.
The key role of the Associate Director, Strategy – Digital Commerce is to support Digital Commerce leadership by leading and driving the Digital Commerce strategy across the North American client engagements and effectively translating business goals and objectives into clear, concise and inspiring creative briefs.
Uses strategic planning techniques, processes and tools to lead the development of relevant and inspirational creative briefs that solve client challenges within the ecommerce channel. Acts as the voice of the consumer in the planning process. Uncovers key consumer insights and leverages it to develop a powerful marketing strategy. Briefs creative team on assignment.
