    Manages one or more client businesses or brands.  Ensures team members are working together effectively and maximizing the agency’s full capabilities and resources to deliver outstanding work to clients, and profitability to the agency.  Leads strategic development of account, identifying new opportunities to grow account and agency billings. Builds and maintains strong client relationships through delivery of expert counsel, an in-depth understanding of the client’s business challenges and opportunities, flawless execution, and achievement of client’s objectives.

    What You'll Do

    • Own the rapport and credibility with day-to-day and senior level clients based on trust and expert strategic counsel
    • Serve as an expert in the client’s business and category, staying abreast of competitors, channel opportunities, product development and market trends, and sharing information with internal team members
    • Develop omni-channel marketing solutions to address the client’s challenges (this is your mission)
      • Enlighten client in evaluating effectiveness of omni-channel marketing programs and determine next steps
      • Partner with strategic planning and creative to meet key client marketing objectives, push forward insights and ideas, deliver compelling creative product, define the proper channel strategy and maintain high standards
      • Provide well-grounded recommendations and guidance to clients based on their objectives and business needs
    • Lead internal and client meetings and presentations to define opportunities and solutions for “lift” of the client business; define challenges/opportunities; develop (and deliver) proposals (decks, agendas and follow up communications) focused on addressing and solving client challenges in today’s omni-channel, 24/7 landscape
    • Partner with business leads and our Analytics leadership to develop measurement criteria for all completed omni-channel projects, performing “post-mortems” and holding appropriate team accountable members for results
    • Analyze program results, work with our Analytics teams to summarize findings in BI dashboards, and recommend omni-channel program enhancements and/or changes to improve revenue results for clients going forward
    • Own (or assist senior leadership in) the development of omni-channel program recaps; and create associated presentations for clients based on analysis of results; proactively prepare recommendations for future campaigns
    • Proactively and effectively listen for and resolve client problems/concerns to ensure client satisfaction
    • Stay alert for opportunities to grow client business; partners with creative and strategic planning to proactively develop new ideas, strategies and/or proposals that will help client solve challenges and/or achieve objectives
    • Manage revenue forecasting for assigned account(s) and oversee account(s) profitability
      • Identify opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals in line with achieving client objectives
      • Track budgets; assess client requests that fall outside of scope; revise budgets as needed; alert client of financial implications and secure approval to proceed
    • Proactively interact with relevant agency department heads to outline current and projected workloads for capabilities, resource planning, upfront planning process and overall staffing/resource allocation
    • Lead development of direct reports through mentorship, coaching and ongoing performance feedback and the identification of learning opportunities
    • Enter time reports at minimum once a week and expense reports within 10 days of incurred expense
    • Approve time for team at minimum once a week and approve expenses within 2 days of receipt
    • Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • 10+ years of omni-channel advertising or marketing experience; omni-channel agency experience required
    • The executive temperament to consult and align with clients and bring the right parties together to solve client challenges, with an open mindset to approach/channel options and a willingness to research the unknown.
    • Traditional and digital experience in how to be in front of the consumer at the right time in the right place.
    • An established consultative mindset with a comprehensive knowledge of client category and business objectives, and a clear understanding of the key strategic issues that impact the client’s business
    • Able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, agency partners, other departments and teams to successfully deliver quality work and to be seen as someone who understands, defines and solves problems quickly
    • An executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly, thoroughly, succinctly and in a timely manner both verbally and in writing; responds to comments, suggestions and criticisms in a thoughtful and constructive manner
    • Strong presentation skills; successfully presents and sells new thinking, strategies and/or ideas to clients; influences and/or persuades key stakeholders to an agreed POV through a consultative process representing multiple opinions
    • Proactive approach to unearthing client challenges in a collaborative, consultative manner, demonstrated by bringing new and relevant ideas and omni-channel marketing opportunities to the client unprompted
    • Analyzes results, interprets data, draws sound conclusions, and develops insightful and actionable recommendations
    • Proficiency in digital marketing approaches such as, SEO/SEM, social, PDP, in-app, eCommerce, etc. strongly preferred. Also critical is a mastery of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Experience leading, managing, learning from, and mentoring teams, and providing actionable constructive feedback
    • Bachelor’s degree in omni-channel marketing, communications, related field or equivalent agency experience
