    Summary

    The Assistant Account Executive will assist the team with planning and directing programs to meet client’s promotional and marketing needs.

    What You'll Do

    Agency and External Vendor Interaction/Relationships

    • Initiate vendor setup and communication 

    Administrative

    • Manage all Egnyte folder content
    • Set up job folders on Egnyte
    • Upload all necessary documents
    • Ensure documents are the latest/final version
    • Schedule weekly status calls with their team
    • Update the internal status report
    • Write meeting recaps where designated

     

    Planning and Execution of Work

    • Open all jobs
    • Schedule kick off calls with client and creative teams
    • Create contact sheet for kick-off calls
    • Fill out all initial program paperwork and documentation including demo paperwork, promo code request forms, and OCR forms
    • Update briefs with the assigned team and job numbers
    • Handle all asset requests and AMS uploads 

    Finance Management

    • Create estimates and ensure all jobs are billed and tracked accordingly
    • Request and send all POs

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related experience and background
    • 1 – 2 years experience in marketing, advertising, communication or related field
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
