    Summary

    Provides day-to-day executional support to the client and internal account team with emphasis on anticipating potential obstacles to program success and analyzing program results. Acts as a vital contributor to the development of client programs and solutions. Ensures agency success by keeping the internal account team informed of project status and by utilizing day-to-day knowledge to inform program development and activity.  

    What You'll Do

    • Execution lead for cross-functional projects including events, social, content, influencer, partnerships and more
    • Actively engage in the on-site event execution – to include consumer interactions and when event set-up & tear down when applicable
    • Source and manage multiple vendor/supplier relationships required for events
    • Directly responsible for management of components of events within account base.  This includes event activities, event staff management, reporting, and post-event activities.
    • Experience handling numerous lines of communication between vendors, venues, clients, and internal teams
    • Create and update both client and project documents including: creative briefs, estimates, project timelines, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materials
    • Organize client presentations, meetings and conference calls and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reports
    • Track budgets; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; revise budgets as needed; alert client of financial implications and secure approval to proceed
    • Collaborate with creative, project management, production, and/or media teams to develop marketing programs and solutions for client
    • Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust, expert counsel and responsiveness to client needs
    • Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems; proactively develop solutions
    • Review all strategic documents and creative work prior to submitting to client for review
    • Capture and interpret program results, summarize findings, and work with senior team members to recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward
    • Adhere to agency process and financial policies; identify ways to improve processes
    • Enter time reports once a week, at a minimum, and expense reports within 10 days of incurred expense
    • Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2-3 yrs. of experiential agency experience
    • Ability to travel, and sometimes work weekends, as the event schedule is secured
    • Capability to work in a fast paced environment where everything isn’t always black & white – comfort finding solutions in the gray space between
    • Comprehensive knowledge of client category and business objectives, and a clear understanding of the key strategic issues that impact the client’s business
    • Ability to communicate clearly, thoroughly and succinctly both verbally and in written form
    • Strong attention to detail and organization, demonstrated through actions such as:
      • Effectively proofing own and others work to ensure accuracy
      • Actively and effectively managing timelines, budgets and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
      • Developing and archiving all key project documents in an easy to identify format for historical reference
    • Ability to analyze results, interpret data, draw sound conclusions, and develop insightful and actionable recommendations
    • Proactive approach, demonstrated through actions such as:
      • Providing regular and thorough project updates to manager and team
      • Anticipating potential problems and obstacles to project success, communicating concerns and developing solutions
      • Keeping abreast of category trends and sharing information/learnings with team members
    • Ability to manage overlapping deliverables with short turnaround times
