    As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a good understanding of Software product development who can lead a team of developers, designers, and architects to deliver custom solutions for our clients.


    Your primary role will be to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams while ensuring they remain in scope, on budget and on time. You will be a confident problem solver and key contact for internal stakeholders. Must be a quick learner and work efficiently and effectively with teams from multiple offices and time zones. The ability to communicate consistently and accurately across various project channels are key requirements. 

    What You'll Do


    • Responsible for full life-cycle of projects, including project planning, quality, scheduling, and resource management
    • Decipher through ambiguity to clearly define and communicate deliverables, timing and scope information internally and externally, as needed
    • Key contact for all internal stakeholders with the ability to manage needs and expectations, responding promptly where required
    • Partner with finance lead to manage all annual financial planning and delivery of project based pricing and scopes
    • Create detailed project timelines to clearly identify all steps leading up to major project milestones and final deadline(s)
    • Manage and track budgets both internal and external
    • Lead and schedule all internal meetings, and take meeting notes – Kick Off, Internal Reviews
    • Create and update any internally required project documents
    • Create and update Work Forecast documents, job numbers, estimates, etc.
    • Analysis of burn reports and track usage of hours against the afforded hours and % completion, as applicable
    • Monitor team progress and needs closely to keep the project on track and on schedule. Adjust project timings / deliverables as appropriate. Supplying Change orders if applicable
    • Escalate issues / concerns relating to the project
    • Ensure changing resources and project requirements are communicated to all members of the project team
    • Identify ways to improve processes

    Must Haves

    • 5-7 years of project management experience preferably in an advertising and marketing communications agency
    • Familiarity with waterfall, agile and kanban methodologies
    • Understanding phases of the software development lifecycle
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with peers and senior agency team members
    • Base understanding of web, mobile and related technologies including user experience, web development, web services, integration, and hosting preferred. 
    •  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing small and medium scale project implementations from start to finish
    • Understanding phases of the software development lifecycle
    • Base understanding of web, mobile and related technologies including user experience, web development, web services, integration, and hosting preferred.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with peers and senior agency team members
    • Pro-active – foreseeing and addressing potential issues before they become problems
    • Effectively communicate with all internal teams
    • MS Office experience and knowledge of Project Management software tools and techniques (MS Project/Smartsheet)
