    Summary

    A position has opened on our multi-agency team supporting a major consumer packaged goods company. Applicants should have prior experience in media planning and execution, as well as a willingness to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position, while within a group of seasoned media experts, allows for an experienced candidate to take the lead on various media planning initiatives within the organization.

    What You'll Do

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Initiates media objectives and strategies
    • Recommends channels, placements, targeting, and budgets
    • Negotiates media spend for efficiency
    • Creates media plan documentation and buy authorizations
    • Explores and evaluates new media technology and strategic opportunities
    • Works closely with clients throughout campaigns to maintain performance and resolve any issues that arise
    • Works with the ad operations team to ensure a smooth and timely launch
    • Maintains relationships with publishers, networks, and agency partners

    Our Ideal Candidate

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of media planning/buying experience
    • Experience working within ad server and media buying platforms (DCM and Mediaocean preferred)
    • Experience working within Facebook Ad Manager
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills
    • Strong negotiating skills
    • Knowledge of interactive media, including social platforms
    • Detail-oriented, with desire to work projects through completion
    • Experience with online research tools
    • Familiarity with offline media concepts
