Summary

The Digital Media Supervisor is responsible for the digital media planning for a Pet – Pharmaceutical client. The role includes media planning, strategy development, channel planning, execution, stewardship, and campaign analysis.  Expectations for this position include the ability to work independently, lead media campaign development and execution, and clearly present concepts to peers and clients.

What You'll Do

  • Creates media objectives and strategies for digital campaigns
  • Develops client relationships and represents digital media in client engagements
  • Recommends channels, placements, targeting, KPI's, and budgets
  • Innovates new ways to engage our target audience through digital media
  • Collaborates with other team leaders in account service, planning, research and creative
  • Leads and mentors team members.
  • Develops buying and negotiating strategies for maximizing media dollars
  • Creates media plan rationale and details for execution (specs)
  • Upon approval, implements the campaign and continually optimizes the digital media plan
  • Issues results reports in a timely manner which include all campaign performance metrics, insights, analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Maintains relationships with publishers, networks, and agency partners
  • Keeps up with and advises clients on the latest trends in interactive media, including POVs on new tactics

Must Haves

  • Minimum 5 years of digital media planning/buying experience
  • BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Good writing and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Experience with online research tools (a plus)
