The VP, Retail Strategy functions as the primary liaison for internal client teams and strategy teams. Provides counsel and guidance to account teams on how to solve business issues by providing strategic thinking and recommendations as they relate to client needs/ objectives. Ensures agency success by overseeing all required strategy activities to ensure needed resources are obtained, deliverables are provided, and deadlines are met.
o Proficiency in navigating and differentiating between multiple databases
o Thorough understanding of what each strategic planning tool does and how it is best used
o Applied experience with database tools and systems such as Simmons, MRI, Kantar, or equivalent
o Recommending appropriate tools to use to internal teams based on project needs
o Effectively proofing own and others work to ensure accuracy
o Actively and effectively managing timelines and deliverables of multiple projects and ad hoc requests simultaneously to meet pre-determined deadlines
