Leads analytics-based strategic insights and direction to aid in the development of communications initiatives for clients. Working closely with the Account Management, Creative, Strategy, and Media teams, this position provides an internal consultative perspective on analytical tools, measurement, and testing.
Primary consultant to account teams (agency and client) on campaign planning and campaign effectiveness, with respect to:Data transformation, extraction, loading; merge formats
Lead the development of analytical plans and strategies to improve the effectiveness of communications programs
Partner with senior Analytics team in the delivery and integration of conclusions and/or recommendations and actionable insights
Support agency new business process, as directed
Partner with Analytics team to review reports, data sets, create PowerPoint presentations, data visualizations, report outputs
Lead day-to-day analytics projects and assignments, including:
Develop analytical plans and strategies to improve the effectiveness of communications programs and communicate to Analytics team via PowerPoint
Recommend and design appropriate analytic methodology and approach based on
Review client deliverables for accuracy and manage within timelines
Review the work of junior team members and provide feedback and recommendations
Provide oversight and mentor junior team members
Enter time reports once a week, at a minimum, and expense reports within 10 days of incurred expense
Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor
