Summary

Geometry Global is hiring an Account Director to work on our multicultural business. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Hispanic business, Hispanic consumer knowledge, but expertise in working with other ethnicities is also desirable.

What You'll Do

Account Management

  • Manage activity with account team
  • Manage the creative process briefing the creative team either personally or through close oversight, reviewing concept and comp materials
  • Work with team in the development of concepts and supporting tactics
  • Responsible for compensation proposals
  • Lead development of proposal/deck presentations
  • Identify opportunities for incremental business
  • Manage income projection
  • Manage resources to ensure client profitability
  • Work with GAD/or business lead for overall staffing/resource allocation
  • Manage client billing and financial status reports at a higher level

Strategic Thought Leadership

  • Work with GAD/or business lead to guide upfront planning process
  • Partner with strategic planning and creative teams for concept development
  • Contribute insights for brainstorms/buildstorms
  • Work with GAD/or business lead to develop measurement criteria for all projects, holding appropriate team accountable for results

Client Service

  • Provide support to GAD/or business lead to effectively manage high-level global clients
  • Build relationships up through client organization at senior level
  • Work with GAD/or business lead to contribute ideas effectively for client business plans
  • Work with GAD/or business lead to constantly bring higher thinking in shopper marketing FMOT within retail environment

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
  • Is bilingual – English & Spanish
  • Shows enthusiasm for the promotions/advertising/shopper/marketing fields
  • Has 10+ years of marketing, advertising or agency experienceDirect experience with categories within the retail environment
  • Experience with digital/shopper activation mechanisms
  • Promotions, customer marketing and CPG experience
  • Excellent management skills, with the proven experience to lead a team and client with confidence and magnetic, intelligent, strategic leadership
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Is a team player who is positive and upbeat with high potential for coaching and mentoring
