The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition will serve as an extension of the Human Resources discipline to help identify and place high caliber talent across the agency on various client teams. Working under the VP, Talent Acquisition, this individual will partner with hiring managers across the agency to gain an understanding of business needs and challenges while translating those needs and challenges into position requirements and developing strategies to identify and convert top talent.  

What You'll Do


  • Lead the full life cycle recruitment process for Geometry Global. Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit candidates within limited candidate pools
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leads providing market insights and data to ensure the agency is competitive in the marketplace and able to attract high quality talent
  • Manage candidate recruitment via direct sourcing, employee referrals and search partner relationships, as well as ongoing pipelining
  • Identify new and innovative resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness amongst qualified job seekers and passive candidates and continuously improve the candidate experience
  • Network and maintain relationships with key candidates and candidate communities to enable short immediate hiring and long term opportunistic hiring
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition and HR team projects outside day to day responsibilities of recruitment
  • Represent Geometry Global at networking, industry and school events
  • Establish and partner with agencies and third party vendors to facilitate an effective recruitment process
  • Create a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Assist in candidate relocation and immigration process
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors
  • Manage and develop members of the Talent Acquisition team


Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience full-cycle recruiting with heavy emphasis in fast-paced advertising agency environment
  • A robust ad industry network
  • Hands-on experience using Linkedin Recruiter and other social media platforms to identify and build pools of qualified candidates
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and the ability to interact with candidates and leadership at all levels
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to self motivate and prioritize
